By using our parking services for the first time, you can automatically become our valued Silver member.

GOLD level members

We value our Gold members very much. That's why we offer them even more valuable parking.

What benefits do I get?

• Receive 10% credit back from each reservation for future use of our services
• Receive discounts, special offers and promotions.
• Credits collected at Smile Parking NEVER expire.

How do I become a GOLD member?

By using our parking services at least 9 times in 1 year, you automatically become a GOLD member. GOLD membership is valid for 1 year. In order to extend your GOLD membership for another year, you must park with us again 9 times during this year.

PLATINUM level members

Our PLATINUM members are our most valued customers. Not only do we look for ways to make their experience with us as pleasant as possible, we also strive to reward them with the highest level of service for their continued loyalty.

How do I become a PLATINUM member?

By using our parking services at least 16 times in 1 year, you automatically become our PLATINUM member. PLATINUM membership is valid for 1 year. To extend your PLATINUM membership for another year, you must park with us again 16 times during that year.
