Terms and Conditions

By registering to the SMILE PARKING CLUB, you start earning benefits for using the Smile Parking services.

For each completed reservation, we will upload credit to your club account for future use. This credit can be used for discount of parking services as well as our exclusive extra-services, such as for example carwash or cleaning of interior.

The available credit can be used all at once or in parts. You can thus collect your credit and then, if you wish, park for the duration of your summer vacation with us completely free of charge!

Credit can only be used for Smile Parking services.

Credit of SILVER members is valid for 12 months from the date of uploading. The validity of GOLD and PLATINUM members' credits is unlimited.

Membership and the benefits resulting from it cannot be resold or transferred to third parties for another benefit. In such case, the Smile Parking Club account may be blocked or deleted.

A membership level is always valid for one calendar year. At the end of this time period, the number of your reservations for the past year will be recalculated and your new Smile Parking Club membership level will be set accordingly.
