Everything is good but there is one problem. There is no Internet in the building and premises, so cannot check in and check out online, one must do it physically in the office, of this could be corrected, would be much better. WIfi, I dint find any
Bylo pro mě nepříjemné překvapení, že musíme na auto hodinu čekat. Personál vaší kanceláře na místě mi poradil, jak to udělat příště, abychom čekat nemuseli.

There was one thing i was worrying: I ordered the right time for check-in (06:00am). Our check-out at Prague was around 22:00pm (due to aircraft arrival). Due to possible delay of aircraft and same amount of cost for me i ordered until 5:30am next day - ok. The question how do you know when to provide my car back (i had good luck). Your staff told me that the customers have 4 hours for check in / check out free of additional charge. You should clarify this matter of fact in the smile parking regulations. For me it is ok now for next time: giving right times for check-in / check-out and knowing the given 4 hours for free (without additional charge).
Kafe v kanceláři, je to velmi cena věc, hlavně ráno, místo placení 120 korun v letišti
