Das System zur Aufbewahrung der Schlüssel scheint nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Beim Checkout gab es am Bildschirm eine Fehlermeldung, meine PIN wurde nicht erkannt, die Mitarbeiter konnten den Schlüssel nur finden, in dem alle Fächer geöffnet wurden und ich meinen Schlüssel suchen musste.

was not so easy to find. The Website was a little bit missleading due to no proper translation to german of the parking place. Staff members where not existent anywhere?!? Just someone sitting in the office at the departure daywho was lazy scrolling on his smartphone. Open Cola Can and a box of Pizza on the side desk in the waiting area in the office. I don't know how the valet Parking was doen but I'm very disappointed to pay for a garage parking and find my car completely dirty when I parked it it was definitely much cleaner. Which brings me to the assumption, it was not stored in the garage. If its avoidable, I will not park again.
