Unfortunately, the service did not work in our case. From the booking form, it was not clear to us that “Outsiteparking” was supposed to be valet parking. Subsequent emails were sent only in Czech, and there was no signage at the airport parking area indicating this. When we returned from our vacation, we found a wheel clamp on our car and had to pay an additional €430. The case is now with our lawyer, who has confirmed that the booking form did not clearly indicate that this was valet parking or what that entailed, among other issues related to the implementation of the wheel clamp. Unfortunately, the way we were treated at the airport after our return was also very unfriendly.
