Die Abgabe des Fahrzeugs ist in der App sehr schlecht erklärt. Man steht als erstes vor einer geschlossenen Schranke, dann weiss man nicht wo man sein Auto abstellen soll, dann nicht wo sich der Schlusselsafe befindet.... Rückzu ist es zwar einfacher weil man weiß wo man hin muß, aber wo das Auto im Endeffekt steht, muss man raten bzw. es suchen. Unbedingt verbessern! Ach so, ohne Internet und Handy geht gar nichts...
Ano, mam problem s tym, ze na sedadla vodica a na hrane kapoty bolo ihlicie... nejak si upravte zahradu, na ktorej tie auta nechavate pocas dovolenky ludi... Nieje to nejaka extra vycitka, skor to bolo z mojej strany na sposov "to ako sa im podarilo, preco?"
We came back to our car to find it clamped. I had not received a call or email during our holiday so was very surprised about this. We managed to find a manager who explained that we had not handed the key in and we had parked in a VIP spot. There was no indication this was a VIP slot - the sign just said "Smile Parking". When I originally booked the parking I booked an outside space as we have a tall car and a large top box. When we had arrived at the aiport we were told to drive to the 7th floor (and this was also in the instructions) but I told the gate keeper that our car was unlikely to fit under the garage roof so he said park there in the Smile spot. I was told 2.5 weeks later, on return, that I should have left the key with Smile but it was late and there was no one in the office. I was thus then told that I should have dropped the key through a small slot in the temporary boarding outside the office. There was no sign to indicate what this was, and it certainly didn't look secure - a hand could have easily reached in to get the key. So I was then charged an extra 7100 Koruny for being in the VIP spot for 2.5 weeks (240 pounds), and the clamp was then removed. The manager said there was nothing he could do to change this. So I don't think we will be using Smile again.
Všechno v pořádku, ale jako pokaždé, kompletně rozštelované sedačky, volant, zrcátka...
Komunikácia a ochota personálu, fakt na 1* :) určite využijem služby znovu. Ďakujem
