Uz sem vas doporucil dalsim 2 znamym, pristi rok si vyberu opet vas, dekuji
I received no Check-In Email and the information given before wasn't enough to find where I should park and check-in. The person on the inter phone also didn't tell me where to go even when asked. I had to really hurry and run around a lot to get to my flight in time. When booked online, it was also called "Holiday Parking" instead of "Smile Parking", I just randomly stumbled upon the right office. Also, the e-mails just came in Czech language, even though I don't speak it at all. Besides that, everything went flawless and I would probably book again now that I know the procedure. But you really should work on providing more information beforehand! :)
