Velká spokojenost
Could you please say in the instructions that when we are parking outside that we should look for one of the "Smile Parking" signs with a number and park there. I figured it out, but I wasn't sure if it was for me or not. You really need a better way to enter the parking area. There should be a special code or something because it is a bit annoying to have to call someone every time. Oh, and I don't know whose fault this is, but after we parked the car, we went to go in the building, and they were doing some construction on the entrance doors, so we thought we couldn't go in that way. I wish you could have informed us about the construction (and what to do about it) because we had to walk all the way around the building to get inside, which, of course, isn't a huge deal, but it is just nice when a company makes the customer aware of any inconveniences that they might experience. Thank you, and I will use your services again. :)
Dobrý den, při příjezdu k závoře jsem musel volat personál (automat asi neviděl mé auto), pak vše OK. Při odjezdu jsem nenašel patro "M" dle sdělení personálu je to napsaný ve výtahu, pak OK
