It was easy to find the right building. But it was hard to access it. You should explain on your webpage (check-in area) that I should drive to the gate and call somebody with the speaker at the gate. That part was confusing. I made 2 circles before I discovered what I should do. The second thing, when we were picking up the keys, the check-out process went smoothly, but the app said the car was parked on the 7th floor. That day, the elevators weren't working, so we were very close to going to that floor on foot. Luckly I asked about that your staff, and they said that the car is actually parked on the ground floor outside. You should have the right info in the app or at least your staff should be more attentive, and catch clients by the keys drop off boxes, to warn them that the car is in the diffrent place than the app says.
Nerozumim logice premistovani aut personalem. Proc nemuzu mit auto zaparkovane na miste kde si ho pak i vyzvednu ? Pri priletu jsme auto trochu hledali, meli jsme jen fotku, jeste ze venkovni parkoviste neni tak velke.
